We can sharpen:
Any standard straight kitchen blade.
Produces a gothic arch at either 20 deg or 14 deg.
Good for folded Asian style knives and thinner filet knives as well as the heavier German style blades.
We CANNOT sharpen:
Serrated blades (please try to use these only on softer materials; once they’re dull they cannot be brought back like a straight blade)
Single sided blades (many hunting knives)
Scissors
Swords
For hand sharpening, chip repair and blade profile adjustment, we recommend Kaz!
