New Return Policy

We’ve always been very easy going with returns and refunds. We will continue to do the right thing by the customer (the advantage of not answering to a Head Office somewhere else) but we felt we needed to clarify our return policy to avoid some awkward situations.

I’ve updated our Services page to reflect the new policy, and the whole thing is explained below:

Chantilly Kitchen Bed n Bath Refund Policy

It’s funny how the light in a bathroom is so different from the light in the store. Don’t fret, we make returns easy!

  Refund? Exchange/Store Credit?
Regular purchase Within 30 days, original packaging With packaging and unused, and/or after 30 days.
Sale purchase Within 5 days as long as the sale is still on. Within the time limits of the sale, original packaging
Clearance items

Sorry, final sale!

Gifts (including paid for with gift certificate) Your mom wants you to have something nice in your home, so no refunds 🙂 Please bring your gift receipt and we will happily exchange your gift for something that suits your space better!

Defective Merchandise

Most of our suppliers allow us to handle defective merchandise and warranty issues in the store. The only 1-800 numbers you need when shopping at Chantilly are those for Henckels & Paderno (our order schedules are tricky and stock limited, you will get faster service dealing with their very nice people!)
