- We take security seriously; you can pay online securely with your credit card or Paypal account, but you’re also welcome to pay for your order in store if you prefer. Simply choose “pay in store” and we’ll take care of the rest when you come in!
- We offer single sign in from Facebook, saving you having to remember another password!
- Please ask questions or suggest tips for this page via our feedback/chat box in the bottom right corner of your screen. Or by email. or on Facebook. However you’d like.
- Wishlists can be public, shared via link or private. You get to choose.
- The store staff will always be able to see your lists and can help your aunt who’s looking to buy you a gift.
- You can have multiple wishlists for different topics / themes / etc.
- You can add or remove items from your wishlist at any time.
- If something on your wishlist goes on sale or into clearance, you will get notified first!
- You can browse lists of friends and get inspired by their finds! (or, use pinterest for this same purpose; we have a few growing boards of ideas, and they’ll just get bigger)
Refund and Return Policy
Your happiness is important to us! If you change your mind about your purchase, we’ll gladly refund or exchange the product. Full refunds or exchanges will be granted within 30 days of purchase, with the original sales receipt or gift receipt.
We are sorry, but we cannot accept returns or exchanges on: gift cards, special orders, final sale items, or items which have been used and/or are missing their original packaging.
At any time we may assess a 15% restocking fee for items with damaged packaging or light use.
Shipping, delivery and handling charges are non-refundable.
Gift with purchase
Any gift with purchase or promotional giveaway that was issued with the original purchase should accompany the return. If you decide you want to keep the bonus gift, your account will be charged for its value.

Shipping & Account Information
How much does it cost to ship?
We do have shipping charges based on the size and weight of your order. We’re still working on setting up shipping estimates in the online platform, but if you contact us we can follow up with more information. Select Pick up in store, and add a note to your order that you would like shipping, or contact us in advance for a quote.Request a shipping quote
Items will be sent through Canada Post who usually takes 2-10 business days to delivery packages, depending on where you are in the country. Canada Post delivers direct to your door in most places, unless a PO Box is utilized. If delivery is missed your package can be picked up at the Canada Post office listed on the delivery slip that is dropped off upon missed delivery.

Would you like it shipped faster?
For faster delivery, on most items, express shipping is available. Please note that Canada Post usually has the best rates and can be surprisingly quick.
International Online Orders
We do not ship online orders outside of Canada.
Damage claims must be made within 3 days of receipt of delivery by emailing support at bigmountain.kitchen.
