How to Place an Order

Our website is really the best way to “search” our collections, and make secure payments smoothly. Our physical showroom in downtown Revelstoke is open 12-4 Tuesday to Friday for browsing and pickups, but the displays are not the shoppable shelves you may be used to. We actually recommend bringing your phone and using it to browse the website while you’re in store looking at the displays. You can pre-order online for the essentials (so you don’t forget what you were coming in for!), and add on any other items that catch your eye when you pickup.

Don’t see what you’re looking for?

We have MUCH MORE in our physical location, and can often order in the hard to find things from great suppliers. Be sure to ask in the chat box or give us a call if you’re looking for something specific!

Want to compare in store?

If you’d like to compare a few options in person, you can create a wishlist to bookmark the products that interest you. You’ll have to be logged in to your website account for this to work.
  • Wishlists can be public, shared via link or private. You get to choose and add notes to the description.
  • The store team will always be able to see your lists (and can help your aunt who’s looking to buy you a gift.)
  • You can have multiple wishlists for different topics / themes / etc.
  • You can add or remove items from your wishlist at any time.
  • If something on your wishlist goes on sale or into clearance, you will get notified first!
  • You can browse lists of friends and get inspired by their finds!

How does pickup get arranged?

Once you’ve placed an online order, you’ll get an email confirmation automatically. On our next business day, we’ll send a second email with options to book a time to pickup. By scheduling our time, we can make sure that we have your items ready for you and can share some ideas on how to use them if you have any questions.

What if the times don’t work for me, do you deliver?

We’re happy to drop off your items in Revelstoke at the end of our day, or provide a Canada Post quote if you’re outside of Revelstoke. Don’t like to pay online? We take security seriously; you can pay online with your credit card or Paypal account, but you can choose to pay for your order in store if you prefer. Simply choose “pay in store” underneath the credit card option and we’ll pick up where you left off when we see you in store!

Sorry, but at this time we do not ship orders outside of Canada.

Refund and Return Policy

Your happiness is important to us! If you change your mind about your purchase, we’ll gladly refund or exchange the product. Full refunds or exchanges will be granted within 30 days of purchase, with the original sales receipt or gift receipt. We are sorry, but we cannot accept returns or exchanges on: gift cards, special orders, final sale items, or items which have been used and/or are missing their original packaging. At any time we may assess a 15% restocking fee for items with damaged packaging or light use. Shipping, delivery and handling charges are non-refundable.

Gift with purchase

Any gift with purchase or promotional giveaway that was issued with the original purchase should accompany the return.
